The ten monolaurin supplements we rank

Ranked by how much of the label a reader can actually verify, then by how short the excipient list is. Every figure below comes from the brand’s own label or product page.

All ten, side by side

An em dash means the brand does not publish the value.

Dose per serving is the number to compare across formats. Capsule products are dosed per capsule; pellet products are dosed per scoop, which is why their serving figures are much larger.

How we rank

The ranking uses only values a reader can check for themselves: monolaurin per unit stated in milligrams, dose per serving, servings per container, format, source, and whether independent testing is published. A brand that publishes fewer of these ranks lower, because less of its label can be verified. Where two products publish the same amount, the shorter excipient list ranks higher.

The ranking is not by dose. Dose per serving is shown in full in the table above, and the highest figures there belong to the pellet products. A scoop and a capsule are not interchangeable, so the table reports both dose per unit and dose per serving and lets you compare the ones that match your format.

An em dash means the brand does not publish that value. Price is deliberately not a column: it changes too often to keep accurate here, and the Buying Guide explains how to work out cost per serving yourself.

Nothing on this page is a medical claim. No brand paid for a position in this ranking.

Disclosure. This site is operated by the team behind NCL (Natural Cure Labs), the brand ranked first, and it links to shopmonolaurin.com, where NCL products are sold. Read the ranking with that in mind and check every figure against the labels yourself.
